The service is worse than terrible, and they lie outrageously about appointments 👎👎👎👎👎

I had an extremely disappointing experience before I even made it to the shop. I called to ask about getting an alignment and explained that I live quite a distance away. When I was told the wait would be around three hours, I politely asked if there was any way they could take my car a little earlier because of how far I would be driving. Instead of answering respectfully, the person on the phone became rude, gave me attitude, and started raising his voice at me. I was simply asking a reasonable question—I wasn’t demanding anything. To make matters worse, he hung up on me while I was still speaking. I told him I would be leaving a review about how I was treated, and his response was, “I don’t care.” That level of disrespect and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I understand businesses get busy, but there is never an excuse to speak to potential customers this way or hang up on them. Based on this experience alone, I chose to take my business elsewhere and would not recommend this place to anyone who expects basic courtesy and respect.

Don’t waste your time at this shop. You’ll end up losing both your time and money for nothing. I was charged $526 for an alignment and a tie rod replacement, and the truck is still shaking and swaying just like before.

I took my truck to Certified Alignment and Suspension after dealing with alignment issues for months, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain exactly what my truck needed, and their pricing was fair and transparent. The alignment was spot-on, and I immediately noticed a difference in how smoothly my truck handled. They clearly know their stuff, and it shows in the quality of their work. I also appreciated that they worked quickly without cutting corners, getting me back on the road with confidence. If you’re looking for reliable, honest, and top-notch alignment and suspension work, this is the place to go. Highly recommend Certified Alignment and Suspension to anyone who cares about quality service!

Great job! However, service wasn’t as fast I would have wanted, but the workmanship and price makes up for the difference💪🏽 especially when it’s crush time!
